For new construction customers, oftentimes they will do similar types of projects over and over and over again that require the same number of visits to complete (there are, of course, exceptions, but is true for the most part). It would be awesome if we could dictate, per Job Type, the default number of Appointments to create when booking a job. This eliminates manual work on the office side when needing to create multiple appointments for the same types of projects.
With our recurring services, we have the ability to dictate exactly how many recurring service events are generated with a simple text field, and something similar could be added to Job Types settings. If I know my Rough In jobs take three visits to complete, I would enter "3" into a text field for Default # of Appointments, and three appointments would be generated when that Job Type is booked.
If the appointments were scheduled one day after the other, then it would be up to the customer to adjust the dates appropriately, but I believe this still saves time vs. creating the appointments manually each and every time.
