Alot of construction crews are not directly managed by office staff and are usually managed by a lead or foreman who is typically out in the field working on jobs.
We need a way for this lead/foreman to be able to schedule additional appointments easily on scheduled/paused jobs and choose the helpers that are going with that foreman for that day.
Today, the tech can create a new appointment but only when they are closing out the job. The tech also has the ability to reschedule the appointment but only when there are no prior timesheets on the job. Neither of these options are a solution to the scenario described below
Scenario : A foreman and his crew are done working for the day on a job site. They do not know the next day they are going to be visiting the jobsite so they "pause" the job so they can re access it sometime in the future. When the day comes to go back to the jobsite, they are unable to reschedule that appointment to the current day bc there are timesheets on it. Ideally we would have a way for the foreman to create a new appointment, then get prompted to complete the previous (yes/no), and then schedule the new appointment for today. Alternatively, allowing the foreman to simply reschedule the appointment even though there are timesheets on it would work as well.
