Make the create estimate button more visible after original estimate is created

On the project screen, it's hard to find the add estimate button after an original estimate is created. If they wanted to add two estimates onto a project at different times it is hard to locate where to do this. Currently, it's down a ways in the project area and it says "add another” rather than add another estimate in smaller text next to project opportunities. If you were to move the estimate button to its original place or make it more visible with the terminology of "add another estimate" instead the customers would be less confused and it would be easier for them to locate this if they needed to create a secondary estimate for whatever reason.
