What problem is the customer facing?
Customers have to manually send the booking confirmation after bulk booking several jobs and using route optimization. Irrigation customers book and assign their jobs months in advance and then set the route for each technician. In that process, the arrival window and/or the start time may have changed. This eliminates the current option available which is sending the booking confirmation during the bulk booking stage.
