We have some reporting surrounding Appointments in the Jobs report template, but there is a need for a report template dedicated specifically to the Appointments themselves.
Potential Solution
Create a report template based on Appointments. Helpful KPIs include:
Project Number
Project Id
Invoice Number
Invoice Id
Invoice Business Unit
Job Number
Job Id
Job Type
Appointment Id
Appointment Status
Appointment Assigned Technicians
Appointment Start Date
Appointment Start Time
Appointment End Date
Appointment End Time
There is also a need to see when the appointment was actually set as Done-- not the expected end time based on Start Time + Duration, but the actually date and time it was completed. Unused - (True if unused, otherwise False)
Missed - True if appointment has status = [Scheduled] without working or dispatch activity where the start date and time < current date date and time and flag "IsUnused" = [false]

Appointment Total Technician Paid Time
Appointment Rescheduled Reason (unless this is on the job level)

There are probably a lot of KPIs we should take from the Jobs dataset, such as Customer and Location sections, but not sure what all is relevant. Will let the comments speak to that!

With the outage that we just had after the ST-56 batch 4 release, it seems even more important to add more appointment fields to reporting.
In our emergency contingency guide, we recommend that customers create an upcoming jobs report. However, since we added appointments, you can't create a report that clearly includes only upcoming appointments. To make the report usable, users need the appointment status and the new special instructions field.
Can we please add consideration for being able to report on the special instructions released from the ST-56 release?
We should also make sure the Dispatch Board buckets can be replicated in this report
