Ability To Move Tag Column In Jobs Grid on Project Page

Problem: Customer would like the ability to move the Tags column in the Jobs grid on the Project page. They say the tags on these jobs are priority information needed when looking into these Jobs and having to scroll to the end of the grid to see these could lead to things being missed or done wrong.
