Problem: Customer has a hard time getting CSRs to accurately select the correct campaign when they are not tied to phone numbers. This leads to lots of time spent editing the Job records to update the Campaign to the correct one. If the Campaign at the top of the Job Page was clickable and then it would open the dropdown list and they could select the correct one without having to go into the edit pencil to do that it would save at least 3 clicks and 2 page reloads per incident. Per this customer, this is done at least a hundred times a week.
The downside of having this field easily changed (outside of edit pencil) is very low as that upper area of the Job Page isn't clicked into currently and only those that would be doing this routine would be at risk of 'accidentally' changing that value.
