"Please bring this to the product development team again. I requested this over a year ago and I think it is really valuable and important and I don't think it requires much programming on your end.
Please see my attached job screens:
This screen is full of detailed information. Everything right at our finger tips really.
activity logs, phone calls, notes, surveys, emails, time sheets, all customer details. This is all great.
1st one shows the job is complete and the estimate was sold no other options were given to the customer.
2nd one shows the job is complete and you see the estimate that was sold and the other estimates that were given to the customer as open
3rd one shows the job is complete with the open estimate
4th one shows the same job as complete with the estimate dismissed.
This is what it looks like once you dismiss the estimate. It makes it look like at a first glance on this main job page that is full of so much vital information that the tech did not give any options. You would think no estimates were presented at all.
I dont understand why the main screen can show a completed job, a sold job, an open estimate, BUT it can't show a dismissed estimate. Please help me to understand why this can't be changed. As an owner and the person reviewing these I don't think I should have to click into the job and look for the estimates after they have been dismissed. they should still show on the home page. "
