Job Page - Being able to Edit Cancel and Hold reasons - Improvement

Use Case: When cancelling a job or putting a job on hold - giving the office the ability to edit that reason without re-opening and re-classifying the job

Feature Business Impact: Office Efficiency: Right now there isn't a way to edit or change the cancel or hold reason on a job once it's been issued. This is causing office inefficiencies because the user will need to re-classify the job before canceling or putting the job on hold again. Ideally the most efficient solution would be to allow editing but create an audit trail in the job for the change.
