Sending emails to customers for upcoming appointments

At the moment, for tenants can only call or log a follow up from the upcoming appointment tab but if they want to email, they would need to do that outside of ST. The tenant would like to have the option to email reminders to customers that they are due for a maintenance from the upcoming appointment area and it would be very useful if they could like for invoices and estimates.
