Add a Project Status

Add a Status for a Project, similar to how we have them for jobs.

Use case:  right now a user has no idea if a project is complete or not - all they can do is look at the status of each job within the project.  This causes problems if the most current/recent job is completed before the next job is booked.  At that time, it looks like the project could be done when it is not.

Set up wise, the project status could either be manually updated (short term/quicker turn around) or it could be an additional prompt for a job within a project.  For example, if a user is on a job that is part of a project ... and it is the only open job on that project ... we could prompt the user when they hit finish job if they would also like to complete the associated project
