When completing multiple projects for a singular location or commercial customer, tenants have trouble distinguishing different projects when booking their techs out to the location. For instance, a company that does both HVAC and Electric service has two large projects going on a new house build for a contractor customer they work with. The projects have similar numbers and the CSRs keep getting confused when attaching jobs about which project they are supposed to be attaching the job to whether it is HVAC or Electric. If they could also name the projects, for instance, New Construction at 123 Poplar: Electric, or something like that, it would be way easier for CSRs to attach jobs to the correct project and avoid confusion.
I just had a customer who would like this as well so they can see the name of the project from the customer screen and save clicking in ot view project summary.
I had a tenant request this as well. It's too confusing to list project's by numbers.

I just had another tenant request this change (the ability to name a project). Especially because when they view the list of projects from the customer's profile they can't determine which project is which, aside from the date.
