What problem is the customer facing?
Currently, assigning/reassigning multiple technicians within a job as once requires adding or removing each technician individually. This can be cumbersome when there are multiple technicians that should be assigned (ie major installation/new construction work) and takes a significant amount of time to add technicians one by one.
Why is it useful? Who would benefit from it?
It allows job assignments to be a much faster process for companies that require multiple technicians to be assigned to an job at once. CSRs/Dispatchers would most benefit from this feature.
What value does it provide the business?
It saves office staff time when trying to schedule multiple technicians to attend one job.
Do you have a recommended solution?
Add checkboxes next to the names of all technicians in the list that appears when selecting to assign/reassign technicians, and add an "Apply" button to the bottom of the list to allow for multiple techs to be assigned at once to a job.
This needs to happen, as a past user (tenant), it is a pain to have to add/delete each tech individually.
I had an enterprise customer ask me that now since we can multi-assign techs on the dispatch board on the right-click reassign feature, when are we going to be able to do this from the job page action button?
