Problem: CSRs and Dispatchers currently feel like they're wasting a lot of time having to dispatch technicians individually via the job actions button. This typically occurs in companies where they don't allow technicians to self-dispatch, or they have a number of helper technicians who are not utilizing a device with ServiceTitan Mobile.
Recommended Solution: The customer recommended adding a "Dispatch All" option to the drop-down menu so that they could mark all of the assigned technicians in one click. I thought it would be beneficial to have an "all" option, as well as a multi-select, for companies who are looking for an easier way to send multiple technicians to a location, but not necessarily everyone assigned. I imagine this would operate similar to filters on the Schedule board.
Who Benefits: Office Personnel (CSRs + Dispatchers)
Value to Business: This would save customers a lot of time on the backend, especially those who do heavy installation or commercial work that requires multiple helpers at a single location. They often complain that even having to do 5-6 extra clicks per job really starts to add up.
