Require Custom Fields on Recall/Warranty Jobs

What problem is the customer facing?

  • When using the recall/warranty workflows from within a job it does not allow for required fields from the job booking screen to appear

Why is it useful?

  • This creates a gap when booking recall/warranty jobs as some required details are missed unless added in after booking
