Job Audit - Ability to filter by user - Improvement |
Use Case |
The job audit trail can often times be SUPER long. A lot of times, tenants want to be able to view what changes were made by a specific person rather than go through the entire list. |

The customer I was speaking to was specifically looking to see everything only she did from the office. She suggested it would be nice to also see everything a specific tech did in situations where there were multiple techs on the job or the job took multiple days so they had assigned multiple techs.
Actually Stephanie, can you explain this a bit more. In this case, is the user (who is doing the filtering) looking for something specific? Is it "Did Areni dispatch Jody?" or is the question "Who dispatched Jody?" Trying to figure out if the filter should actually be by some sort of action type (Booked, Dispatched, anything Invoice related, anything PO related, etc.)
This is a really good idea.
