In order to build out a 3rd party integration, tenant is requesting a new webhook be built out for that will trigger when a technician arrives to a job.

Tenant/3rd Party are looking to better track when a technician arrives in realtime and would like to receive a payload of the job data once that action takes place. This payload would be the same data that is currently being sent with the Technician Dispatched webhook, but will trigger when the arrival action is taken on a technician.
