Ability to Set Appointment times and time slots, per day

At this time, when looking at settings > operations > business hours, we only see the option to set Time Slots for Monday-Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It would be great to have the ability to set the time slots individually from Monday - Friday as needed.

Companies may have days during the week that may extend later than others, or earlier (Monday 5am-7pm, Tuesday 7am-5pm, etc.) and it would be beneficial to be able to adjust/set these times individually for each day.
