Alerts & Customization for Wrap Up Messages

I've gotten feedback from Enterprise operators that they have tried utilizing the Wrap Up Message but couldn't adopt because of the following challenges:

1) Need a clear way to alert the Dispatchers AND make sure one of the dispatchers takes ownership.

2) Tech can't communicate what the next steps are for a job in the wrap up message, whether it should be Completed or put on Hold, etc

Proposed solutions:

1) Show an alert to all dispatchers (similar to the incoming chat alert) on the Dispatch board that is persistent until a Dispatch clicks on the alert to claim it, to take ownership (would need to see who claimed thru tag or audit trail of some sort or Technician chat)

2) Allow Tech to customize the message - Include a set of customizable fields (similar to forms):

Client commented that they would at the very least want three fields:

1) What should Dispatcher do with job? A) Complete B) Hold C) Reschedule

2) Did you collect payment? A) Yes B) No

3) Other: (free form field)

The client LOVED this feature when it came out but got so much push back from his team an the above, that they have abandoned the featured and are using email again. They would be very eager to re-adopt it if the above was solved for.
