When a tenant is booking multiple jobs for the same customer, for two different service locations, they are unable to create a project. This is allows a more organized and efficient approach when booking jobs for the same customer with multiple service locations.
This is an issue for tenant aaanorthgate
This is a huge pain point for tenant airservicesunlimited. They do a lot of commercial work with plants/refineries that can have between 70-200+ service locations within one address
Looks like idea CRM-I-455 is addressing the same need. I'm starting to see this request more and more with tenants that do a significant amount of Comm S/R work, especially those who work with landlords/property managers for multi-unit buildings. Would be a huge benefit and win to be able to integrate this feature as we bring on more customers in this vertical.
+1 from a Strategic Accounts customer who does a significant amount of commercial work. Per the tenant, "Is there anyway for us to book a project with multiple locations? We have a few contractors we go through where we are putting up doors for an apartment complex or a neighborhood for instance and we are trying to find a way to group all of these location projects together for billing purposes. Is there anyway we can do this?"
Currently, there's no way for the tenant to track multiple jobs across multiple locations that are going to be billed to one customer. Any suggestions for workarounds while this idea is being vetted? Also, any updates on this Aha? Thanks!
Hey, Areni! Any updates on this feature request? Thanks in advance!
Hey, Areni! I've had another tenant report the need for this matter as well. They have multiple customers with multiple service locations that will be billed to a single Bill To customer. This would especially benefit customers who own multiple apartment units with multiple jobs completed. The work completed would be billed to one Bill To customer.
Hey, Areni! For example, if a tenant has a customer with multiple service location units that are all currently being worked on, the tenant would like to relate all of customer's units under one project. These units would have different service location addresses, so, they wouldn't be able to be added to the same project.
Hi,
Please give an example of where it makes sense to have a Project with >1 location for a Customer, so that we can evaluate the request.
CRM owns jobs, I'm going to send it over to them.
