Add "Edit Exported Invoice" Sync Actions to Job Audit Trail

Problem: When using the new FG to edit exported invoices and sync to QB, the actions of syncing/bypassing the edits do not appear int he job audit trail. The action of editing the invoice does appear in the job audit trail but the final action of syncing or bypassing the changes does not. This is confusing when our customers are looking at the job audit trail to see what happened. They have to look at the invoice separately to see the sync status.

Why/who: It is useful to have all of the actions appear in one place instead of having to check multiple places. All accountants, CSRs, and office managers would benefit.

Solution: When an exported invoice is edited, add the action of "syncing" or "bypassing" the edits to the job audit trail. This should include the user who did the action and the timestamp, like all other audit trail records.
