Problem: The new feature allows tenants to set a BCC email address on the Business Unit and Email Setting levels. They are unable to add/edit the BCC email address when sending individual documents.
Why/who: Certain customer documents may need to be sent to different/additional internal contacts than what's included in the generic BCC settings. Accounting, office staff, and technicians would benefit.
Solution: When emailing documents to customers, allow the BCC email address field to be editable or provide additional blank BCC fields to add. Should apply to both office and mobile.
