Include Appointment Status on Customer/location Profile

On the customer/location profile, there is a table with all the appointments for that customer/location. This table currently does not include the appointment status. This provides an incomplete view for anyone looking at the customer profile because a cancelled appointment looks exactly like a completed one or scheduled one. This can lead to miscommunication with the end customer on when their next appointment is.


Please add a column to the table to include appointment status.
