Change Order of Appointments So That Most Recent Appointment Appears On Top

What problem is the customer facing? When reviewing a job with multiple appointments, customers have to scroll down towards the bottom of the page in order to be able to see the most recent appointments. Oftentimes these are the only appointments that are still open. It just causes a minor inconvenience to have to constantly be scrolling down to see the most recent activity on a job, when ideally that activity would be showing up at the top of the appointments section.


Why is it useful? Who would benefit from it? Office administrators, dispatchers, or just anyone who uses ServiceTitan on the office side and has access to seeing jobs. It just makes the most recent appointments "top of stack."


What value does it provide the business? Just involves less scrolling and allows you to see the most recent information about a given job more easily. The most recent activity is more "top-of-mind" because it is at the top of the appointments section. In most cases, you have to assume that when someone is looking at a job with multiple appointments on it, they are primarily looking for the most recent appointments and how those are progressing.


Do you have a recommended solution? Customer would like us to "flip" how we organize the appointments in the appointments section of the job page. Instead of showing the first, earliest appointment at the top and then later appointments display below, they're hoping that the most recent appointments stay at the top of the appointments section, and older appointments go down to the bottom.
