Enable audit trail for actions relating to updating an invoice item's Inventory Location

Currently, there is no audit trail relating to the action of changing/updating an invoice's item's inventory location.

My tenant, aaawatersystems, would like this enhancement.

In some cases, they experience inconveniences when they are unable to determine who might have updated the invoice item's inventory location.

Enabling this enhancement would provide tenants more security and oversight into updates made to an invoice and understanding which employee performed such actions.
