Option for continuous scroll on Project redesign page

The new suite of Project Tracking features includes a new Project page design, which features tabs of info on the left-hand side (such as Dashboard, Financials, etc). However, when you are on a particular tab, you cannot scroll up and down to get to the next tab. You have to manually click on the tabs on the left in order to move from page to page, taking extra time and clicks. This is especially troublesome because the first tab on the Project page is the Dashboard, and it doesn't contain the most pertinent (financial) info such as Project Cost, forcing users to have to click to the Financials tab to see that important info. This is also bothersome, because the Dashboard tab is quite empty. There's a lot of extra white space at the bottom of that screen, so it seems like an inefficient use of that tab.
