Our current alert messaging doesn't always help inform a tenant as to what needs to happen when they receive an alert. While alerts themselves can be incredibly helpful, the ability the customize the messaging in an alert would be only bolster their usefulness.
Ex. My tenant created an alert that triggers for their office users whenever a specific task is used from their pricebook. The intention is that when this task is used, the office needs to contact the customer to schedule additional duct cleaning work, but the alert messaging does not clearly specify this and only gives details that the task was used. If they hired a new office employee, they would have no idea what this alert is for and it may go ignored.
As ST users come up with more creative ways to use alerts, custom messaging for the alerts would be a huge added benefit.
