Web scheduler- drill down by BU

What problem is the customer facing? Web scheduler shows ALL availability for ALL BUs. If a plumbing customer is trying to book, they can book the availability of a HVAC Service Tech. Can we create multiple schedulers and have them designated for certain BU's or have the overall scheduler pull from the capacity planning.

Why is it useful? It would prevent wrong BU booking, or overbooking.

Who would benefit from it? All customers who use the web scheduler as more than a requested appointment.

What value does it provide the business? Books real time availability
