Jobs that were completed/ paid/ exported are still showing because there was one unused appointment. Since the invoice had already been exported, the customer isn’t able to close out that unused appointment. There should be a way to remove the unused appointment, so that is doesn't still show on the search page.
Just added hrstewart to this idea as well. They are another commercial customer needing a resolution for this issue.
Highly escalated tenant DGServiceCompany is complaining about this functionality. They are a commercial customer and need resolution asap.
