If an appt has NO timesheets and was unused a customer should be able to delete it

Jobs that were completed/ paid/ exported are still showing because there was one unused appointment. Since the invoice had already been exported, the customer isn’t able to close out that unused appointment. There should be a way to remove the unused appointment, so that is doesn't still show on the search page.
