When booking a new job on Mobile automatically ask for email and mobile.

When booking a new job from Mobile, technicians are usually in a hurry and making this process as quick and easy, as possible would save a lot of time for the office staff later; not having to get the information the tech forgot to get. 

Currently, the "book new job" page on Mobile, asks for Home phone, the tech has to take an extra step to choose Mobile. Customer wants "mobile" phone number to be the automatic selection. 

Email should also automatically be there for a tech to remember to get it as well.

    Also had a tenant request this as the technicians almost never switch this and it causes extra work for the office
