What problem is the customer facing?
The customer is facing an issue where they would like their technicians to be able to make an outbound call to their customers even after the job has been completed when no estimates were created on the job. The system currently only allows them to call out if the job is still in a scheduled, dispatched, or working status or if they created estimates on the job. Because the technician might need to get in touch with the customer again even after they leave, the customer would like for them to still be able to make those outbound calls.
