Use case - a customer does work in multiple Business units (AC, Plumbing, Electrical) and a Plumber is trying to sort through a bunch of calls through the mobile history tab to easily find the calls related to that business unit. It will save technicians time to look through and also prevent them from calling the office due to laziness. If we can add a few more filters such as Business units/trade/division, that would decrease the time it takes for techs to look for a job that they need.
