What problem is the customer facing?
The customer would like job types to function the same way in mobile that they do on the office side. For example, you can link specific business units to certain job types so that when a job type is selected it will only allow a specific business unit to be selected. Mobile allows the technician to select any business unit when booking the job, whereas the office side correctly displays only the two business units linked to the selected job type.
Why is it useful?
Consistent functionality across both platforms
Who would benefit from it?
Technicians and office users
What value does it provide the business?
Easier use for techs and office users
Do you have a recommended solution?
Change mobile functionality to match office functionality
Tenant mpeservicesllc would benefit a lot from this. They have their technicians schedule jobs from the mobile side and should not have the ability to book outside the approved BUs attached to each job type.
Hey team, any thoughts on this one?
This is extremely important! Techs normal workflow has nothing to do with selecting Business Units, and in the Mobile they are not guided like the CSR's are. Because Business Units can be linked to Classes this can have terrible effects downstream.
