Ability to add labels per time entry

Customer track BvA in a very detailed manner. Labor on a project may hit different phases within BvA. Currently, there would need to be a 1:1 relationship between the job/phase in order for the timesheet to hit the desired cost/label. When jobs are not scheduled in a manner that aligns with the phases/labels, it makes it difficult to manage. As a result, labor costs are hitting a project at the top level and losing any detail.

Suggestion would be the ability to assign related time entries for a Appointment to a label, or a particular time entry to a label.
