A customer's workflow has been "decimated" by the new Appointments. Their techs used to see Jobs that were on Hold in the History tab on Mobile, but now, with Appointments, the Jobs are being marked "Done" and the techs can't easily determine which jobs still have Appointments that have been created, but yet to be scheduled. They used to use the Hold regularly, when it came to ordering parts. What was suggested verbally by the customer was to see if it was possible to add a visual marker on the History tab that would say either still say "Hold" in the upper right of the Job (as opposed to "Done"), say when a Job has multiple appointments, maybe even the % Wheel that shows in the Office side, or the tags that they use to mark when a job needs a piece. Basically, something to quickly alert the tech when looking at the Job History tab "hey, you're not done with this job yet."
