Current functionality: calls that are manually attached to a job don't appear on the mobile side for the technician to review. It would only appear for the technician if it is attached through the system automatically at booking.
Product Feedback: if the outbound call is made and manually attaching to the job Tech should be able to access on mobile. This would enhance the customer experience as the technician listens to these calls to tailor their pitch and to address the issues that the customer brought up on the call.
The use case for this feature is whenever a technician is going out for a maintenance visit as that is when the majority of the outbound manual calls are made.
