Currently, technicians don't have a way to call the office from the app unless they add the number to the contact. Then the office would have to turn off job notifications.
It would be easier to have a button that says "Call the Office" on the job that will record calls between the staff and the technician.
Also this would eliminate finger pointing if notes aren't captured correctly.
Also add a button on the job screen to call the technician so those calls can be recorded both ways.
